and Katharine Hepburn. The second era - from the reincarnation of 'Vanity Fair' in 1983 up to the present day - includes Hollywood stars

politics, with portraits of Robert De Niro, Arthur Miller, Madonna,
Margaret Thatcher, and Rupert Murdoch among many others.

 The story behind the Time Travelers Wife is highly original and told from the points of view of
Clare and Henry at different points in their lives. This is quite
confusing at times but you soon get used to it. What's different and
intricate is that you're reading the story out of sync, because Henry
can exist in different times as he time travels through his own
history. This in itself makes for an intriguing read. Call stylesalon an old (young actually)
romantic but we just loved this aspect of the story. Before you assume
anything, we are not your typical chick-lit reader's at stylesalon, but this is not typical chick-lit. It's so moving and
beautifully told that crying was hard not to do! We have kept this review to a minimal as we don't want to influence you before you read it, as it's best read with an open mind. Prepare
to be entertained - you'll laugh, wonder, and probably cry. Plus it will be hitting the cinema's this year with Rachael Adams and Eric Bandana.

collections of non-fiction written. " In "Me Talk

expatriate in Paris and a strange childhood spent with a foul-mouthed
brother, a sister that wears fat suits and cosmetic bruises, a father
that hordes spoiled fruit and a mother who fills Easter baskets with
cartons of cigarettes. A must read whether your on the beach or sitting on the bus doing your daily commute, this book will brighten your day. |

demons. Ester Greenwood's journey celebrates growth through pain and
rebirth, and acknowledges the emptiness in traditional expectations. The evolution of Esther's view on life is intriguing:
first she experiences the fruits of life (marriage proposal, internship
at magazine in NY), then instead of finding reasons to live she wants
to die, and after her suicide attempt she simply decides to just
survive.
This is a marvelous modern classic all young women should have under their belt. |
