Bringing back the glam. Why wear a plain cardie, when you could be covered in sparkling beads and sequins for a seriously pretty look, that works for cocktails with the girls or a dinner date. The bling cover-up works at it's best when worn with a casual look; t-shirt and jeans combo. Keep the tailoring to a minimum, go for styles that are more like shrugs and cardigans, as they work best on any figure. Here is stylesalon's cream of the crop. Pinko sequin Cardie - £255
Topshop Sequin Trophy Jacket -£85
Topshop Premium Lace beaded Jacket £85
J by Jasper Conran £28 at Debenhams

It's all about the bags girl's and we don't mean the ones under your eyes from partying away in Ibiza. We're talking about the clutch, the embellished, the fringed and the nudes. Clutch Make a statement with your evening clutch whether it's walking into the restaurant or on the dance floor. If you dare, wear with a body-con dress or jumpsuit and statement killer heels and remember just click on the bag and it will link you to the website to buy the bag!
Embellished There's no need to bring out your needle and thread, unless you have the time, patience or expertise to decorate your own bag, just grab one of these cuties instead. Think hippy dippy chic; worn in denim, tousled locks and vintage t-shirts.
Fringed The style supremos, Kylie, M-K Olsen and Vanessa Hudgens to name but a few are all rocking the fringing. Go two ways with this look, Tribal; maxi print dresses and gladiator sandals or Rock Chic; racerback vests and drain pipe jeans.

Nudes Nudes are everywhere, so why not grab yourself one. Keep it simple and wear with your summer staples and bronzed limbs.

Do not run away with horror the shorts are here to stay and yes there is a pair to suit everyone, all shapes and sizes.
Like so many of us who hate our thighs and do not feel confident wearing shorts, the rule of thumb goes, stay away from volume, ruffles or skin tight styles. All will attract attention to the area your trying to distract from. Pick a pair that’s tailored to your shape, and that you feel comfortable in.
If you’re the lucky gal who has legs like have never-ending pins, well you can pull off just about all styles. Although, stylesalon say make the most of your assets by purchasing some denim hot-pants. These shorts are best worn with flats or gladiators and always cover up on top to avoid flashing too much flesh. Leave something to the imagination!
Shorts, sometimes have the stigma of being noted as a casual item of clothing, yet we say “rubbish”. Team them with a cute blazer or cardigan, they look smart and if your fashion forward; can even be worn to the office provided they are well tailored and not too short.
If you’ve got denim shorts and the weathers turned particularly nasty team them with black opaque tights or leggings, perfect for day or night.
A general rule for shorts is: go up a size. Nothing looks worse than a pair of shorts that are too tight or too high-cut, they will only make you look bad.
So, while shorts may seem a like a scary fashion trend initially if you stick to the rules and shop around for a pair that suits your figure, you’ll never look back. Check out some of stylesalon's finds and for more information on how to prepare your legs to look great in your shorts check out this amazing REN scrubb
