Get the Balmain look for £38.00 I
could not believe my eyes when I saw this dress . George@ ASDA? Oh,
and wait for it, it gets better . . . for a very purse friendly £16!
This is a really simple look and has a real 80’s feel to it which I
totally love! Onto the boots and I have three price options for you
gals. Left to right: Peacocks £22.00 / Moda in Pelle £95.00 / Aldo
£100.00. And as we live in Scotland, and 90% of the time it’s either
raining or blowing an almighty gale, a jacket is always a great
companion when we are braving the Scottish elements! So my suggestion
would be a biker short leather just to finish off this look. Balmain
look – done! And all for as little as £38.00. Oh yeah!

Get the Gucci look ....All for £132 I
love this look from the Gucci runway but check out my High Street
alternatives for some Gucci glamour. This dress from Peacocks is an
amazing £12.00, and the boots from Topshop £120.00 will just finish the
look off. Keep hair slick and be bold with your make-up. This is one
of those outfits that will make you stand out from the crowd so be bold
with the attitude too ladies! Know it and work it! Gucci look –
done. And all for £132.00. Enjoy x x

Balmainia......Bebe.... Check out this Amazing website www.bebe.com they have all the up to date runway looks including the latest Balmain rock chick inspired dresses and jackets. And you have to check out their jeans section . . . my credit card was melting in my fingers last night, as I was continuously adding to cart-adding to cart and adding to cart. I just couldn’t help myself- I loved everything. Check out their V Glam dress with detachable train $190.00 and I just adored the lace beaded dress $119.00. C’mon girls get clicking!

Get the Balmain look for...£79.95 Well at £79.95 I think this outfit is just amazing. Check out these studded gladiator sandals from www.GINONV.co.uk at a the mind boggling price of £19.95! And this gorgeous tutu dress from Topshop for £60.00. Just to finish off the look, take inspiration from the runway, where pale glossy lips were worn with smoky eyes and hair was sleek and tousled. It’s the ultimate catwalk look.
Henry Holland......For Pretty Polly If you haven't succumbed already (I have) it'll soon be tights season once again, and time to re-visit your hosiery drawer. The odds are its contents will be looking a bit worn and ragged after a season of neglect, but fear not: tights are going to be huge this Autumn when we're all wearing ankle boots, and Henry Holland is among the designers making leg wear a priority Check out Henry Holland’s new Hosiery line for Pretty Polly featuring sheer and opaque fabrics combined in quirky designs in a vibrant colour palette of fuschia, lilac and turquoise as well as classic black - all with House of Holland's signature cool boldness. Henry Holland for Pretty Polly available at www.selfridges.com I love these opaque/sheer tights below. Think I might have to put on a glittery mini though? Well maybe not! Runway to Real I hope I’ve inspired you all with my very first Runway to Real. I’ve loved every min finding all my bargains for my fellow fashionista’s and hope you all dazzle in your runway looks. Until next time my Dahlings.......Mwah x |

to create the necklace you dream of or choose from www.mjcjewels.co.uk to find something that makes you feel utterly fabulous. Here is a taster of some of Melissa's beautiful pieces... These beautiful creations were designed by Melissa Cummings at MJCJEWELS. Melissa started designing jewellery 8 years ago, initially operating from a small room in her Perthshire home. The company travelled world wide with Melissa - at times the sales office was a friends house in Cornwall or on the road in India where inspiration came from the stunning colours of Rajistan and the gentleness of Kerala or travelling in Africa and getting lost in the back streets of Stone Town, Zanzibar…
She is inspired by the creativity and bold use of colour seen in remote parts of the world, as well as by the soft balance found in nature. This inspiration is channelled with an intuitive and artistic eye to complement and enhance the clothes designs for each season.
The seeds of some of the most successful designs continue to be drawn from a wealth of life experiences and from the astonishing breadth of different colours, shapes and markings on the stones she finds. Always there is something new and wonderful to inspire…

It's Men Are From Mars, Women Are From Venus: The Movie. It's all about a hard-nosed producer, Abby (played by Katherine Heigl) who is seeking dating advice from 'honest' man's man Mike (Gerard Butler), who tells her to stick out her breasts, get hair extensions and never criticise her date. Et voilà! She bags a hunky doctor. Soon Abby realises Doctor McBiceps has fallen for an imposter - he wouldn't accept the real, neurotic, controlling Abby. But guess who does? So, nothing groundbreaking here, but there are a few good jokes and the leads are super-attractive and charming. If you like rom-coms and can ignore the sexual politics, you'll probably enjoy it.

This week at stylesalon we are all talking about the event which is happening next week at Boudiche Boutique on Ingram street. They are hosting an exclusive evening for Scottish company Bebaroque. We spoke with Boudiche's PR and Marketing Manager Kiran Poonia to ask why they were hosting this special event. Kiran says "We decided to have the event because Bebaroque sells so well for us and our customers love them, as well as all the staff too! Bebaroque are also exclusive to Boudiche in Glasgow so wanted to showcase their new season collections and put on a party to celebrate, and also give our customers the chance to meet the designers and faces behind the brand". Bebaroque is an award-winning Scottish designer brand and their chic,
imaginative and stylish tights are stocked all over the world in quirky
boutiques and prestigious department stores, and are exclusive to
Boudiche in Glasgow. Regularly featured in Vogue and Grazia, Bebaroque
are beloved by celebrities across the globe including Kylie Minogue,
Girls Aloud, Florence Welsh from Florence & the Machine and
Charlotte Dellal. The
bebaroque label was started in July 2007 by Mhairi McNicol and Chloe
Patience. Both designers completed their BA(hons) in Textiles at the
Glasgow School of Art in 2005 and then went off separately to gain
Master degrees in Textiles and Fashion.
Both Chloe and Mhairi separately began designing leg wear and decided
to join forces, creating something very special and unique to the
market. With Mhairi's elaborate hand embroidery and Chloe's intricate
drawing skills upon hosiery, a truly innovative design process was
developed.
Bebaroque products are both designed and manufactured in bonnie Scotland by Chloe and Mhairi using hand embroidery and print.
To win yourself a pair of fab bebaroque tight's and a pair of tickets for Boudiche's exclusive party sponsered by fabulous Pincer Vodka simply answer the following question below... Question: What date was the label Bebaroque started? Please send your answer to
