Film City Launch Party ... The aftermath!

Well ... it was the party to be at. Pincer vodka cocktails on reception, met with a fun interactive floor that allowed you to walk through leaves then stomp on some fish two seconds later along with two stilt walkers mingling through the crowd, all the ingredients to let you know it was going to be a fun electric party. We bumped into the lovely Haley Buchanan - Britain's Next Top Model contestant - with a friend, the girls admitted the free bar was a bit dangerous, as they kept going back for Schweppes Russchian cocktails. A surprise on the evening was a walk through a film set that was used for a up and coming feature film Legacy, featuring Idris Elba from the TV series The Wire, quite a surreal but insightful look at a New York apartment inside Govans Film City hall.

Film City Launch Party

The girls at stylesalon have been given tickets to the Launch of Film City Glasgow this weekend. It's celebrating the redevelopment within Govan's Town Hall. The building is home to a number of creative production companies; Sigma Films, KEO North, Hopscotch, Urban Croft, Hive, Inlighten, and Kahleen Crawford Castings. So we're hoping there's going to be some celebrities ... We'll keep you posted of all the gossip and fashion from the evening!
